Set-up Time: 7:30 am - 8:45 am Saturday Morning. Friday evening TBD.
As a courtesy for our guests, please be completely set-up by 9:00 am

Vendor Information:
- Event runs from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm November 13, 2021
- Booth sizes are typically 8-foot by 8-foot.
- Multiple booths can be purchased.
- 1 8-foot table & 1 6-foot table and 2 chairs will be provided for each vendor.
- Vendor must provide their own tablecloths.
- No displays over 5-foot tall
- Electricity is limited at booth locations.
- Please do not sell prepared food items at your booth as BPW will have breakfast items & lunch items available for purchase to help raise money for our scholarships.
- All vendors will be featured on the Panhandle BPW Facebook page. (please do not create your own event page)
- All fees are non-refundable and vendor availability is first come, first serve.
