Sip and Shop Showcase Application

$50 per Booth
We are NOT collecting Silent Auction Items,
however, you may donate a small
item to our raffle 
Deadline is October 31, 2021

Location:  Weborg 21 Centre

Set-up Time:  7:30 am - 8:45 am Saturday Morning.  Friday evening TBD.  
As a courtesy for our guests, please be completely set-up by 9:00 am 

Vendor Information:
  • Event runs from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm November 13, 2021
  • Booth sizes are typically 8-foot by 8-foot.  
  • Multiple booths can be purchased.  
  • 1 8-foot table & 1 6-foot table and 2 chairs will be provided for each vendor.  
  • Vendor must provide their own tablecloths.
  • No displays over 5-foot tall 
  • Electricity is limited at booth locations. 
  • Please do not sell prepared food items at your booth as BPW will have breakfast items & lunch items available for purchase to help raise money for our scholarships.
  • All vendors will be featured on the Panhandle BPW Facebook page.  (please do not create your own event page) 
  • All fees are non-refundable and vendor availability is first come, first serve.
